Terms & Conditions

1. All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable.

2. Since items are mostly pre-loved, do expect as it is. But we ensure to inspect and clean up the item even before we publish it online.

3. Inquiries are highly welcome. However, we will only accept/proceed the orders for those who has confirmed with us.

4. Account details will be given prior to confirmation.

5. Payment should be made within 24 hours. If not, reservation will be cancelled or item will be re-listed without any noticed.

6. For booking purposes, 50% deposit will be charged for each item and balance to be settled on or before the agreed due date.

7. Please send us a notification after payment done. Items will only be sent after we received the FULL PAYMENT.

8. NO COD will be entertained.

9. Items will be packaged properly. However, we will not hold responsibility for any lost and damages during delivery.

***10. For item labelled December Arrival, please be informed that it is still in UK and only available in Malaysia by middle of December 2009. It will be shipped out by end of October. However, minimum of 50% deposit required for reservation. No cancellation or refund once reservation is made.
