    hi nina..

    yes a 1 yr old toddler can ride on this item but need adult supervision..as recommended by manufacturer age suitability is 18 mths- 5 yo..only limited unit available, so I have to consider 'first come first served' yea...anythg, just email/sms me yea..tq
